One time payment options are available on your student MyWestern
*A $2 convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card account payments. The fee is nonrefundable, even if the payment to which it relatesÌý is cancelled, refunded, credited, or charged back. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Payments can be made at the Business Office cashier windows, located near the main entrance.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
Western has partnered with for international tuition payments. Western does not accept overpayments on student accounts.
FINANCIAL AID
Students who wish to use financial aid in lieu of payment should have their processed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in the Financial Aid Office (SSC-201) at least one month prior to the payment deadline. Applications are good for an academic year, beginning in the Fall.
All current semester charges will be paid in full from any financial aid disbursed to your account before any funds will be refunded to you. The first disbursement of financial aid will be processedÌý after the last date to drop with a refund each semester.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
There will be a $10.00 service charge for any returned checks. The student will have fiveÌý working days, from the day we pick up the check, to come by the Office of Business Affairs andÌý pay for the check and the service charge or the matter will be turned over to the DistrictÌý Attorney's Office. Once a check has been returned, the student will no longer be able toÌý write checks at º£½Ç³Ô¹Ï.
